The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa proudly announces that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (CTA) has secured the prestigious Gold Award at #PASHA2025 in the Public Sector Category (Digital Government and Citizen Services), earning national recognition for the province’s groundbreaking initiatives in digital tourism.

 

1,633 different organizations presented their digital applications and plateforms for PASAHA 2025 Competition, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s achievement stands out as a shining example of excellence in Public Service Transformation Catogary. Alongside this victory, NADRA’s E-Sahulat and the KP Information Technology Board’s Dastak App were declared runners-up, reaffirming Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s leadership role in driving digital innovation at the national level.

 

Speaking on this historic occasion, Dr. Abdul Samad, Secretary KP Tourism, expressed immense pride, stating that the internationally benchmarked Tourism Digital Platform, comprising 34 advanced modules developed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism (KITE) Project, has elevated our province onto the national stage. This recognition is not merely an award—it is a testament to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s vision of harnessing technology to redefine tourism services, create new opportunities, and inspire global confidence in our digital transformation.

 

Dr. Samad further highlighted that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, the province’s tourism strategy is being reshaped to achieve national recognition. He noted that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not only embracing modern digital practices but also setting a new benchmark for inclusive, technology-driven tourism development across Pakistan.
